My Journey in Nutrition

2013 – The Struggle Begins

I struggled with constant fatigue, digestive issues, and stress that affected my everyday life. Despite trying popular diets and advice, nothing worked long term. That frustration became the start of my search for real, lasting health.

2015 – A Turning Point

This was the moment I stopped chasing quick fixes and started understanding nutrition at a deeper level. By focusing on balance instead of restriction, I began to feel stronger, more energized, and in control of my health again.

2016–2020 – Clinical Training

I invested years in formal education, clinical training, and hands-on experience. This period shaped my evidence-based approach—combining science, real food, and practical habits that actually work in everyday life.

2021–Now – Helping Others Heal

Today, I help others build sustainable nutrition habits that support long-term health. My mission is to guide people toward confidence, balance, and real results—without strict diets or food guilt.
