My Journey in Nutrition

2013 – The Struggle Begins

Like many, my relationship with food and health felt confusing and overwhelming. I tried quick fixes, followed conflicting advice, and experienced firsthand how frustrating it can be to want change but not know where to start. This season planted the seed for something deeper: a commitment to understanding why our bodies respond the way they do.

2015 – A Turning Point

This was the year everything shifted. I realized nutrition isn’t about rules or restriction—it’s about education, compassion, and sustainable habits. What began as a personal breakthrough became a calling to learn more and help others avoid the same struggles.

2016–2020 – Clinical Training

Through rigorous education and hands-on clinical experience, I built a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition. Working with diverse individuals taught me that no two bodies—or journeys—are the same. This chapter reinforced the importance of personalized, realistic care.

2021–Now – Helping Others Heal

Today, my passion is guiding others toward confidence, balance, and lasting health through food. I combine science, empathy, and real-life experience to support individuals in creating habits that truly fit their lives—not just for now, but for the long term.This journey is the heart behind everything I do—because I’ve been there, and I believe everyone deserves the knowledge and support to thrive through nutrition.
